My Story, Job Experience & Qualification
My passion for digital transformation is deeply rooted in lived experience. In early 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, my journey began through GCF Global self-paced courses. That small spark ignited a bigger transformation. I went on to complete key programs with the eMarketing Institute, Google Digital Skills for Africa, and the Ajira Digital Program, under the Ministry of ICT and Digital Economy, in partnership with Cisco Networking Academy.
These learning opportunities opened my world to new knowledge, confidence, and possibilities.
Later that same year, I applied for a Digital Marketing Trainer role with Corporate Training Services. I excelled in the interview and was hired in late 2021 to deliver online digital marketing training. That role sharpened my technical and teaching skills—and it confirmed something bigger:

Driven by a deep passion for knowledge-sharing and digital transformation, I bring over 10 years of diverse experience in IT training, academic instruction, and higher education administration. I believe education has the power to uplift lives, guided by my life philosophy: true greatness is found in serving others.
My teaching & training journey began in notable institutions including:
Alphax College-Eldoret (now Alphax Academy)
AICO College -Eldoret
At these institutions, I delivered ICT and Information Technology courses examined by JKUAT, KNEC, and KASNEB. My commitment to excellence in instruction laid a strong foundation for countless students’ success.
Most recently, I served at Mount Kenya University, across the Kakamega and Mombasa Campuses, where I wore multiple hats—not only as a tutor for ICT and IT-related courses, but also as a key administrator. My roles included:
- Assistant Registrar – School of Computing and Informatics
- Assistant Registrar – Student Recruitment and Admissions
These roles deepened my impact in shaping academic systems and mentoring the next generation of tech talent. I remain committed to using my experience to empower learners and institutions in today’s digital age.
Academic Qualification
I began my academic journey at St. Paul’s Primary School, Ejinja in Matungu, Kakamega County, where I built a strong foundation that shaped my love for learning. After excelling in KCPE, I joined the prestigious Booker Academy,Kakamega County for my Secondary School education, an environment that further strengthened my academic discipline and curiosity in technology. I later advanced to Maseno University and Moi University, where I pursued my university studies, majoring in Information Technology. This continuous academic progression reflects my commitment to lifelong learning and staying ahead in the ever-evolving tech landscape.

During my tenure at Mount Kenya University, I served as a Certified Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems (QMS)—taking on roles as both auditor and team leader. This experience deepened my capacity to uphold academic quality, lead audit teams, and foster institutional excellence through quality assurance practices.
These learning experiences have empowered me to design and deliver high-impact training that is practical, human-centered, and results-driven.
