Project Summary — Digital Ecosystem for Early Childhood
Pro Chris was contracted to design and implement a full digital transformation for Creative Learning World. The scope focuses on streamlined parent interactions, reliable online bookings and payments, discoverability on Google, effective social content, and staff capability building — all tailored to an early childhood education audience.

- CRM Implementation (Zoho) — Customized Zoho CRM setup to manage leads, parent records, enrollment flows, ticketing, and sales & marketing automation tailored for CLW programs.
- Bookings & MPESA Payments — Website booking forms integrated with MPESA (IntraSend/Daraja options), automated confirmations, and payment reconciliation workflows.
- AI Chatbots & WhatsApp Marketing — WhatsApp Business integration and chatbots for instant parent support, FAQs, reminders, and abandoned booking recovery.
- SEO & Google Merchant — Keyword mapping for early childhood queries, on-page optimization, structured data, and Google Merchant setup for program listings where applicable.
- Digital Marketing Strategy — Organic + paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and X; marketplace placements and Google Ads to drive enrollments.
- Content Expansion (Canva + Video) — Weekly short-form video lessons, activity reels, infographics, parent guides, and demo videos built in Canva and optimized for social channels & YouTube.
- AI Copywriting — Program descriptions, email sequences, ad copy and social captions generated and refined with AI for consistent voice and SEO alignment.
- Mobile App Roadmap — Mobile app planning and prototype for Google Play (enrollment, parent notifications, content access) with API and SMS/WhatsApp integrations.
