ODT ICT Hub is an upcoming Nairobi-based ICT & Digital Solutions company pioneering smart digital ecosystems for institutions and corporates. They engaged Pro Chris on 5 December 2025 to deliver a one-year Odoo implementation and digital marketing program. The Company is expected to be launched mid next year 2026.

Deliver a robust, integrated Odoo-based ecosystem (CRM → Sales → Projects → HR → Office tools) plus a full digital marketing and content program to position ODT ICT Hub as a trusted enterprise solutions partner.

Project Summary — Odoo Enterprise Ecosystem & Digital Growth

Pro Chris is implementing a full Odoo-driven digital platform for ODT ICT Hub that combines operational ERP modules with customer-facing content and marketing systems. The phased delivery ensures fast early wins (CRM & Sales) followed by HR, Projects, and marketing integrations.

Core Deliverables

  • Sales & CRM — CRM, Sales, Invoicing and Accounting configured for B2B sales workflows, quotes, invoices and financial reconciliation.
  • HR & Remote Work — Employee records, timesheets, leave management, recruitment and appraisal flows; payroll scoped as optional add-on.
  • Project Delivery — Projects, Tasks, Planning, Helpdesk and Timesheets to support service delivery, SLAs and client reporting.
  • Content & Training — Corporate website, blog, eLearning modules, email marketing, social posting automation and optional events management.
  • Office & Admin — Documents, Notes, Calendar, Discuss, Contacts for internal collaboration and knowledge management.
  • Optional Add-ons — Studio (custom forms/views), Sign (e-signatures), Purchase integration where required.
  • Integrations — Email automation, WhatsApp/Chatbot touchpoints, payment & billing connectors (if needed), and API readiness for mobile apps.
  • Digital Marketing & Content — Brand messaging, website SEO, Canva-based creatives, short-form video content, targeted paid campaigns, and analytics-driven growth strategy to launch ODT ICT Hub in market.
